ASMR Stars® Community Guidelines

The Community Guidelines establish clear rules of conduct and expectations for both Creators and ASMRFans, ensuring a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment. ASMR Stars® is committed to fostering artistic freedom while maintaining a platform built on mutual respect and community standards.

Prohibited Content on ASMR Stars®

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

1. Illegal or Unethical Content

  • Violations of applicable laws (e.g., defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent material).
  • Copyright infringement of third-party content without proper licensing.
  • Content promoting criminal activities (e.g., drug abuse, violence, self-harm, illegal trading).

2. Child Protection Laws

  • Any depiction of minors in content.
  • Content that could negatively impact the development of minors.
  • Sexualized depictions of minors or any unlawful sexual content.

3. Sexualized Content

  • Nudity or pornography.
  • Content showing explicit sexual acts, poses, or services.
  • Sexually suggestive focus on body parts (e.g., chest, buttocks, or genitals).

4. Hate Speech & Discrimination

  • Content that insults, defames, or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
  • Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups.

5. Depictions of Violence

  • Content that depicts or glorifies violence.
  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or torture.

6. Misleading Content

  • Spam or artificially generated content to manipulate engagement.
  • False or misleading information.
  • Content that deceives users with unfulfilled promises.

7. Privacy Violations

  • Sharing personal data of others (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, ID documents).
  • Unauthorized sharing of private content or messages exchanged on ASMR Stars®.

8. Prohibited Advertising & Links

  • Advertising third-party products/services without approval.
  • Links to illegal or unethical websites.

Prohibited Actions on ASMR Stars®

In addition to content restrictions, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

1. Platform Abuse

  • Use of bots, automated tools, or scripts to manipulate the platform.
  • Bypassing ASMR Stars®’ payment system to interact directly with users.

2. Inappropriate Communication

  • Sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages.
  • Sexual advances, harassment, or inappropriate requests in messages.

3. Identity Misrepresentation

  • Creating fake profiles or using stolen identity data.
  • Unauthorized use of names, brands, or logos of third parties.

4. Circumventing Guidelines

  • Attempting to bypass platform rules with coded messages or hidden content.
  • Offering or requesting services that violate these Guidelines.

5. Payment Violations

  • Chargebacks or refunds without legitimate reasons.
  • Providing false or misleading payment information.

Artistic Freedom & Expression

ASMR Stars® supports artistic freedom and encourages diverse expressions of ASMR, relaxation, and creativity. Creators can explore their unique styles while ensuring their content respects community guidelines and legal boundaries.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

  • Content Removal – Violating content may be removed without notice.
  • Account Restrictions – Access to certain platform features may be limited.
  • Account Suspension or Termination – Severe or repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban.
  • Commission Withholding – Earnings may be withheld if content violates guidelines or applicable laws.
  • Legal Action – Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Reporting Violations

Users can report illegal or guideline-violating content through our official contact options. ASMR Stars® reviews reports promptly and takes appropriate action to ensure a safe and respectful community.
