1. Refunds for Non-Delivered or Faulty Content

You may request a refund if:

  • The purchased content was not delivered.
  • The content is faulty or defective.

Refunds are processed directly by ASMR Stars.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Right of Withdrawal (for EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

4. Refund Process

  • If you withdraw from a purchase, we will refund your payment (including delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • If you requested services to begin within the 14-day period, a proportional fee may be deducted for services already provided.
