Special Terms of Use for Creators

Creators on ASMR Stars® must follow specific guidelines related to account activation, earnings, and content rights. Below is a quick breakdown of the key terms:

1. Activation as a Creator

  • Users must apply and be approved to become a creator.
  • Identity verification is required before accessing monetization features.

2. Subscriptions, Tips, Single Content & Virtual Gifts (Stars)

  • Creators can earn through subscriptions, tips, individual content sales, and Stars gifted by fans.
  • Fans can access free and paid content based on the creator’s visibility settings.

3. Pricing and Payment Functions

  • Creators set their own prices for content and subscriptions.
  • ASMR Stars® handles all payment processing securely.

4. Commissions and Fees

  • A commission is deducted from creator earnings based on platform fees.
  • Fees vary depending on Star Points and payout levels.

5. Display and Payout of Commissions

  • Payouts are processed monthly, with a minimum balance of $50 required.
  • Creators can track their earnings, commissions, and pending payments in their account dashboard.

6. Withholding of Creator Commissions

  • Earnings may be withheld if there are chargebacks, payment disputes, or policy violations.
  • ASMR Stars® reserves the right to review transactions for fraud prevention.

7. Content Rights & Licensing

  • Creators retain ownership of their content but grant ASMR Stars® a license to display and promote it.
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted or third-party content is strictly prohibited.
